If you've overindulged, your strategy today is to commit to specific healthy eating targets you can achieve today: How about starting the day with a nutritious breakfast with good sources of protein, fiber and fat? How many servings of vegetables and fruit can you fit into your meals and snacks today? How about committing that any grains you consume are whole grain and not refined? And if dessert latched itself onto every meal of the day over the weekend including breakfast, when you're back in the office where your kind co-workers have brought in all manner of treats, how about making a commitment to skip the treats just for today?
