The group format is a fun way to recommit to health and fitness goals. While each participant will focus on their unique goals and obstacles, we'll share resources, support and accountability to achieve real change.
We will not be embarking on a fad diet. I do not sell shakes, supplements or essential oils (or other snake oils).
We will build new habits from the ground up, tapping into evidence-based practices that work.
