Runners all over the Baltimore metro area are training for spring half and full marathons, and it will be my pleasure to visit with training groups to answer that burning question, "What should I eat before, during and after a run?"

Here are a few of the places I'll be over the next month. If your group isn't on the list, please get in touch, and let's schedule a visit!
